Brisket Reuben

This week we are going to put a barbecue spin on a classic sandwich.  We are offering the Brisket Reuben.  Our slow-smoked brisket piled high on a freshly toasted French roll that’s been spread with our remoulade dressing, and topped with sauerkraut and swiss cheese.  Served with some fried pickles it will please the soul.

Chili Cheese Fries

This “Loaded Fries” feature starts out with a full pound of crispy French fries covered with our smoked cheddar cheese sauce, then topped with a generous helping of our famous beef Brisket Chili. A nice dish to share or a meal in itself.
