A new fall-harvest tradition has begun with the introduction of a new BLT sandwich. It’s fried green tomatoes on a toasty baguette with remoulade dressing, crispy bacon and freshly chopped lettuce. “BLgT”, order one today…and you’ll want to tell all your friends.



We are bringing the favorite dish of Quebec to central PA.  A full pound of crispy fresh-cut French Fries topped with squeaky-fresh cheddar cheese curds and finished with our delicious brisket gravy. Comfort food for the Holidays!
